Using the store

You agree to provide accurate account and order information and to use the site lawfully. You must be the age of majority in your location, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to purchase.

Products & pricing

Products are made to order. We try to display colors and details accurately, but your screen may vary and printed-on-demand items have minor natural variation. Prices and availability can change without notice. Obvious errors (for example a $0 price or clear typo) are not binding offers, and we may correct them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we charge your payment method and confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent, and we will refund any charge in that case.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All Slow Gains Club names, logos, designs, and artwork are original works owned by Slow Gains Club. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without written permission.

Disclaimer & liability

The store and its content are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Slow Gains Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
