We're taking the scenic route.
Slow Gains Club started with a quiet rebellion against the 5 a.m. grind, the "no days off" posters, and the idea that if you're not shredded you're not allowed in the gym.
Here's the truth nobody prints on a tank top: most of us show up, do an honest amount of work, and go home. The gains are slow. They still count.
This club is for that person. The one who hits the gym between a full-time job and a full-time life. Who's proud of the streak, not the six-pack. Who knows that the nap after counts as part of the workout.
The in-joke is the point
Every shirt is a flattering confession — "Beast Mode: Pending," "I Train for the Nap After," "Slow Gains Are Still Gains." You wear it because it's you, and because the person who gets the joke at the squat rack is going to nod. That nod is the whole brand.
Made slow, on purpose
No warehouse full of shirts we're praying someone buys. Each tee is printed when you order it — on a soft premium recycled tri-blend (heathered CVC on select colors) — then sent your way. A little slower than instant. Fitting, honestly.
Show up, take your time, be proud of it. That's the club.
