Shipping policy

Here's how your order is made and how it gets to you. No rush — but we'll keep you posted.

Made to order

Every tee is printed when you order it, by our print partner Printify and its U.S. print providers. Expect a production window of roughly 2–5 business days before your order ships, then carrier transit time on top.

Shipping times & carriers

After production, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via standard shipping (USPS, UPS, or similar). Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Items are printed and shipped from U.S. print providers where available; exact origin depends on routing.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion will be shown at checkout when active.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation when you buy and a tracking link when your order ships.

Lost, delayed, or wrong address

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@slowgainsclub.com and we'll make it right. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute once an order is in production, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
