We want you in a shirt you love. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Made-to-order items

Every Slow Gains Club tee is printed on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we prioritize defects, misprints, and wrong-item or wrong-size errors: email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day window; the customer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. We don't charge restocking fees.

Email support@slowgainsclub.com with your order number and what's wrong, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your defect claim is approved), your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post it.
